Job Description:
A company is looking for a full-time Policyholder Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and
service requests
Process documents efficiently and update customer and policy
information accurately
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy
laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School education/GED with at least one year of customer
service experience
Proficient computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office
products
Insurance or medical background preferred
Understanding of medical terminology and health insurance
preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
