Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Lead Employee Relations
Consultant to manage complex employee relations issues and provide
guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex employee relations matters and provide guidance by
interpreting and applying policies
Document investigations and cases thoroughly and accurately
Coordinate case resolution by building relationships with internal
clients and subject matter experts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
Experience in mediation and conflict resolution
Proven relationship-building skills with employees and
management
Prior HR Business Partner or Employee Relations experience
preferred
