HVAC Quotations Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an HVAC Quotations Specialist to develop commercial/multi-family HVAC quotations for a centralized Regional Quotations Center.

Key Responsibilities

Develop commercial/multi-family HVAC quotations with minimal input
Identify relevant materials from mechanical plans and specifications
Maintain customer and vendor relationships while collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in quoting HVAC commercial/multi-family projects
Solid understanding of commercial HVAC products
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Experience with Bidtracer and Planswift applications is beneficial
Flexibility and adaptability for multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
