Job Description:
A company is looking for an LMR Technician (Level II) -
Subscribers to provide technical and administrative support for
radio communications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide preventive maintenance and repairs for Motorola subscriber
radios and ancillary equipment
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for Motorola subscriber
devices
Document and manage service tickets using the customer ticketing
system
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or trade school certification with 2+ years of
relevant experience
Understanding of ServiceNow trouble ticketing system
Familiarity with Motorola CPS and subscriber accessories
Ability to obtain necessary security clearance for government
contracts
Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
indefinitely
