Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Abstractor Searcher II to
support real estate transactions through title research and
documentation assembly.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct title research to compile search packages of varying
complexity
Perform searches at courthouses, municipalities, and other
government entities
Follow standard procedures and guidelines while managing individual
workload
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
Experience primarily focused on residential transactions
Ability to work under general supervision
No supervisory responsibilities; individual contributor role
