Adecco is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators / Inspectors in Grand Rapids, MI for a long-term temporary to hire opportunity. Machine Operator positions require prior manufacturing and inspection experience. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities for these machine operation and inspection roles include but are not limited to:

• May require cleaning and inspecting parts

• May require basic machine operation

• Report defective material or questionable condition to department supervisor

• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• No High School Diploma Required!

• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

• Good hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repetitive motions

• Able to work independently and with others

• Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor

• Able to lift up to 30lbs

• Must work well with others in a loud production environment

• No smoking during paid breaks

We have openings on both the first shift (7am-3pm), second (3pm-11pm), and on the third shift (11pm-7am). This position is located on the busline conveniently close to a major bus route.

Pay for this position is $9.00 plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
