Job Description:

Immediate full time openings on 1st and 2nd shift - $10 per hour! Adecco is currently managing the hiring for a local manufacturing client in their search to fill full-time Assembly Associates in Kalamazoo. Interested in joining a clean, well lit environment with a great team culture?

Responsibilities Include:

- Assembly, visual inspection, and packaging of product to assure quality standards are met while working in a manufacturing environment.

- Safety, quality and productivity standards will be required to be met.

- Report production line operation, quality control, and/or engineering problems to supervision to correct deviations from project standards, minimize scrap production to maximize production operations.

- Will be comfortable with a detailed process, at a steady pace

- Will be knowledgeable of quality parts, mechanical aptitude is beneficial

Qualifications:

- Must be available for 1st and 2nd shift

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must possess a stable industrial/manufacturing work history with excellent attendance record

- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Able to bend, lift and move around for entire shift

- Be 18 years of age or older

Screening Requirements:

- Pass pre-employment testing, drug screen and background check
