Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Executive to manage senior
customer relationships and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while managing
account-based P&L
Oversee escalations for critical issues and monitor performance
reporting for continuous improvement
Develop customer retention programs and coordinate contract
onboarding activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant
experience
10+ years of experience in senior-level customer relationship
management
Exceptional leadership experience with proven results
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technology
solutions
Knowledge of frameworks such as Six Sigma, ITIL, or Lean
