Build a Career in Security Operation by: As a Security Operations Intern, you will be involved in identifyingassisting with incident response procedures, such as collecting evidence, documenting findings, and participating in post-incident reviews. Responsibilities focused on In addition to the impactful work you will complete within your department, you will:
  • Using security tools like SIEMs (Security Information and Event Management) to track security events across the network, systems, and applications.
  • Reviewing and analyzing security alerts to determine their legitimacy and severity.
  • Escalating critical alerts to senior security analysts or engineers for further investigation.
  • Researching emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Tracking the latest attack methods and tactics used by threat actors.
  • Sharing threat intelligence information with the team to improve defenses.Build the Future by: Being an intern at Gordon Food Service, North America's largest family-owned broadline food service distributor. Meeting the following qualifications to be considered for our 2025 internship program:
    • Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business or related fields
    • Incoming Junior or Senior status as of May 2025 (Minimum of 56 credit hours)
    • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
