Claims Service Center Associate

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Service Center Associate X to provide exceptional service in the claims reporting process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle first notice of loss claims calls and determine escalation needs
Verify policy coverages and process new claims from various sources
Respond to inquiries from agents, policyholders, and claimants regarding claims status and documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

High school diploma or equivalency; associate degree preferred
Two years of business or insurance experience, preferably in claims or customer service
Inbound call center experience preferred
Insurance or customer service coursework or designations preferred
Good knowledge of insurance and claim terminology
