Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Attorney to manage
foreclosure cases and related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a foreclosure caseload from beginning to
end
Communicate with clients and investors to achieve loss mitigation
resolutions
Oversee support staff and ensure effective case management
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Maryland
At least five (5) years of civil litigation experience in federal
and Maryland state courts
Experience with mortgage foreclosure law and consumer protection
laws preferred
5+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in Maryland
