Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal for a remote,
flexible position requiring 15-20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee litigation processes including e-discovery, data
collection, and case management
Assist in responding to legal inquiries, subpoenas, and regulatory
complaints
Coordinate document requests and support in-house counsel with
outside counsel management
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of litigation management experience in a law firm or
in-house legal department
Hands-on experience with managing discovery and e-discovery
processes
Familiarity with U.S. discovery requirements and processes
Proficiency with Google Suite applications and relevant legal
technology tools
Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company is
preferred
