Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Privacy Counsel to support its
global privacy program.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on privacy, consumer protection, and data
security
Develop privacy safeguards and manage data subject access
requests
Conduct privacy risk assessments and handle incident response for
privacy matters
Required Qualifications and Education
5-7 years of legal experience focused on privacy/data
protection
J.D. and active membership in at least one State Bar
CIPP/US certification preferred
Strong academic credentials
In-house experience preferred
