Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal with a talent for customer
service in the LegalTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing legal documents based on customer
requirements
Providing customer service support and handling inquiries about
services and account management
Assisting customers with technical setup and connections to source
code management platforms
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is
preferred
Proficiency in drafting legal documents
Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and
industries
Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced
environment
