Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead, General Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead legal counsel and manage outside counsel for
litigation matters
Provide general legal advice on various operational aspects,
including contracts and compliance
Monitor legislative developments and represent the company in
engagements with the Government of Liberia
Required Qualifications
Law degree (J.D. or LLB) and a license to practice law
Seven or more years of professional law practice experience,
particularly in Liberian legal matters
Strong knowledge of Liberian history and customs
High ethical and moral standards in professional conduct
Experience with the Government of Liberia is preferred
