Payroll and Accounting Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Payroll and Accounting Analyst to conduct analysis and auditing for payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise payroll processing activities, including tax reports and deductions
Administer 401(k) plan contributions and prepare accounting reconciliations
Conduct training for payroll staff and interact with internal departments to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Associates degree; FPC or CPP designation preferred
6 years of payroll experience in a large organization with multiple entities
Strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws
Experience with MS Office and large ERP systems; Workday experience preferred
Experience analyzing complex transactions and documenting conclusions
