Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Sparrow Hospital as a travel nurse. As a travel RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch care to our patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to patients in the stepdown unit
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms
• Develop and maintain a safe and clean environment for patientsRequirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
  • Current state license and BCLS certification
  • EPIC charting experience
