Seeking a BC/BE Primary Care Physician to serve patients in our northeastern Indiana office! Our commitment to whole person healthcare and your desire to help change our communities for the better will make us an amazing Team!Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine Degree or its foreign equivalent
• A current and valid Physician License from the State of Indiana or at time of hire
• Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority from the State of Indiana or at time of hire
