Job Description:

• Job Details
• Responsible for the delivery of respiratory therapy and patient care following physician's orders, hospital policies and procedures; and departmental standards of care and standards of practice.
• Performs therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures.
• Evaluates patient/resident response to respiratory therapy and takes appropriate corrective action.
• Provides education to patients and staff regarding respiratory procedures, equipment operation, and safety precautions.
• Performs routine maintenance and service checks on equipment.
• Maintains records, reports, and other documentation related to the work.
  • Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience - Required
  • Ventilator, Bipap, ICU, ER, and ABG trained therapist - Required
  • ACLS - Preferred
