RN Care Manager - If you are an RN looking for an opportunity to work alongside a great team, we have the positions for you! We have a great opportunity for a RN Care Manager to join our pediatric practice on a full time basis. Care Management responsibilities include partnering with patients to optimize their ability to self-manage their behavioral health conditions, identify and develop care plans and assist with care coordination. Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and previous Care Management experience. Current MI RN license required.
