Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with MAT
experience for a fully remote position in Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with
substance use disorders
Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and develop
treatment plans
Provide telehealth engagement and coordinate care with the Care
Team
Required Qualifications and Education
Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
At least 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use
Disorder in an outpatient setting
Degree from an accredited nursing program and a graduate-level
nurse practitioner program
3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
Experience managing substance use disorders in a chronic care
model
