    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
    • Credential verification through NURSYS and LARA required
    • Address on Driver's license must match the home state for compact license when working on a compact license
    • Clinical only; Annual requirement for specialty with Ascension Skills Checklist
    • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics knowledge required
    • Score of 90% or higher on Ascension EKG Exam with only 2 attempts
    • Annual Ascension Core Competencies checklist/testing to be completed
    • Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation required
    • Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding to be done onsite
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract length: 13 weeks
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Open Heart, Thoracic, Cardio Vascular unit specifics
          • Additional Details
          • MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Health Statement, PPD/IGRA, Varicella, Tdap vaccinations, or tests, and documentation required
          • 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - 1st within 1 year, 2nd within 30 days of start
          • Proof of immunity to Varicella required; exemptions not accepted for some areas
          • Tdap valid for 10 years from the administered date
          • Flu vaccine required starting Sept 4th, 2023
