Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead
their QA team in ensuring high-quality educational software
products.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the QA process from test planning to project completion,
mentoring the team in creating test plans and suites
Develop and implement innovative testing methods while driving
continuous improvement in QA processes
Manage live operations and resolve issues efficiently, conducting
root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a
leadership role
Proven expertise in QA testing practices across multiple
platforms
Experience with bug tracking systems and source control management
systems
Deep technical proficiency in software development lifecycles and
automated testing frameworks
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
