Key Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvements in the efficiency and impact of the
Global Sales Engineering Team
Partner with Senior Leadership to plan and deliver key operational
programs
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to foster
collaboration across departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Business Systems
Management, or Program Management
Experience in driving organizational strategy via centralized
reporting
Understanding of business process automation and cross-functional
initiative execution
Exposure to working directly with prospects or customers in a
pre-sales capacity
