Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Finance Transformation
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assess current operating models and develop target states in
collaboration with various teams
Automate existing processes across finance teams and support
technological integrations
Develop project plans and manage the cross-functional finance
program roadmap
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information
Systems
Deep expertise in finance operations, management reporting, and
regulatory reporting
Experience in leading project plans and project management
Working knowledge of project management tools such as Airtable,
Confluence, and Jira
Experience in implementing repeatable processes and driving
automation
