Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Director, Growth to lead
growth initiatives and manage a product team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead growth initiatives by developing and refining strategies and
testing approaches
Create the vision and roadmap for growth features while managing
and mentoring a product team
Utilize data to guide decisions on roadmap priorities and growth
experiments
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in retention and app growth strategies
Expertise in building 0-1 features that enhance consumer
distribution and engagement
Over 5 years of experience in team leadership roles with a proven
track record in user growth
Experience managing the full product development lifecycle
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
