Job Description:

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Utilization Management to oversee clinical and administrative activities for UM Prior Authorization staff.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and support the UM Department in collaboration with leadership
Ensure appropriate staffing and monitor time card accuracy
Develop competencies and key performance indicators for UM staff

Required Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
Current, unrestricted RN or LVN license in California
2+ years of experience in utilization management or prior authorization review
1+ years of experience in managed care
