Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to
oversee and monitor its regulatory change management program.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on policies and
procedures
Manage compliance oversight and reporting, including risk
assessments and audit responses
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on compliance
strategies and provide training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution, with 3
years in risk management or compliance
Experience with regulatory change management and compliance risk
assessment
Working knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending
regulations
Experience with compliance monitoring tools and regulatory tracking
systems, preferably JIRA
