Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Front End Engineering to
manage a team of Front End Engineers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of 5 Front End Engineers
Develop strategies to help the team achieve their goals
Oversee the migration and development processes in React and
JavaScript
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years in a Software Development Manager position
Experience in leadership and team coaching
Background in developing enterprise-level websites and
applications
Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and experience with at least one
framework (Angular, React, Vue, or Ember)
BA or BS degree in any field is required
