Job Description:
A company is looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to
oversee daily operations of their Shopify Plus-powered website.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Shopify Plus site, ensuring seamless
functionality across regions
Oversee content updates, product launches, and promotional
campaigns
Coordinate with the CRO team to implement A/B tests and optimize
website performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably with
Shopify Plus
Strong knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and app integrations
Experience managing international eCommerce operations, including
pricing parity and tax compliance
Familiarity with subscription management platforms, preferably
ReCharge
Proven ability to support CRO initiatives and optimize subscription
retention
