Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fullstack Staff Engineer to
accelerate the transformation of their virtual call center
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain frontend and backend services in
TypeScript
Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and project
leadership
Participate in on-call rotations to support systems
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Software Development experience in a SaaS
environment
Experience leading technical projects with a customer-focused
mindset
Experience mentoring junior software engineers
Advanced knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Test Driven
Development, and API design
Experience with TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL
