Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Engineering Lead to oversee
the execution of design projects within the Federal Engineering
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage business execution cadence and improve engineering
performance
Lead proposal efforts and ensure compliance with financial and
scheduling targets
Streamline processes and act as a liaison with various departments
and sectors
Required Qualifications and Education
PE license in at least one state, with willingness to obtain
additional licenses
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Master's Degree in
Management
Experience in federal government contracting and procurement
processes
Strong background in project planning, execution, and risk
management
Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
