Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager
to help build critical business functions for scaling
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize campaign management, lead flow, and reporting
for events and online channels
Create scalable systems and processes in collaboration with
marketing, sales, and operations teams
Implement and integrate tools and platforms to enhance efficiency
and data accuracy
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, and Google
Analytics
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with ABM tools is a plus
Startup experience preferred
