Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Financial Specialist -
Collections (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the collections team to meet productivity and
quality standards
Manage outstanding patient accounts, addressing credits and denials
to reduce A/R aging
Submit appeals for insurance denials and send corrected claims in a
timely manner
Required Qualifications
2+ years of healthcare collections experience, specifically in
back-end collections
Experience with Medicare and large payer mix
Proficiency in Excel
Lab collections experience preferred but not required
Ability to work PST hours regardless of location
