Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting & Tax Support Specialist
(Contractor) to provide customer support in accounting and tax
inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Answer questions regarding accounting practices, tax forms, and
deductions
Assist customers with navigating bookkeeping platforms and tax
preparation software
Create a welcoming and supportive experience for customer
interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
(preferred)
Priority given to Certified Public Accountants or Enrolled
Agents
Minimum 1 year of experience in a tax or accounting role,
preferably with SMB sole proprietors and S Corps
Familiarity with customer service solutions like Zendesk or
Salesforce Service Cloud
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
