Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cash Application Team Lead to oversee
a team of Cash Application Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four Cash Application
Specialists
Oversee the daily cash application process and ensure accurate
reconciliation with bank statements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and prepare regular
reports on team performance
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in cash application or accounts receivable, with
at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software,
preferably QuickBooks
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in a remote work environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
